Bagua Zhang 8 Major Palms

Bagua Zhang, or Eight Trigrams Palm is an Internal style of martial art often regarded as one of the most dynamic Chinese Martial Arts. It's powerful and beautiful movements enhance the practitioner's strength, flexibility and coordination.

The Eight Major Palms (Ba Da Zhang) of Cheng style Bagua will be the focus of this training workshop. Training will focus on the development of proper structure, movement and application.
